Copper Weed Leaf Necklace w/Moonstone & Green Vegan Suede • Handmade Electroformed Pendant

For the ganja babe in your life...and that may be you ;) I created this dainty Moonstone pot leaf necklace for 4/20, but it's going to look good on you all year round! I very carefully electroformed this crystal onto a sweet leaf charm with copper, and then rapidly oxidized it for contrast. The Rainbow Moonstone has a slight blue flash in person.

🍄 I thought green vegan suede would be a nice touch instead of chain! Finished with steel lobster clasp (approx. 18.25" in total length)

🍄 Size of cannabis Moonstone pendant: approx. 2.06" tall and .88" at widest parts. Please keep necklace dry. It's common for Moonstone to have tiny surface lines; this should not affect the wearability. NOT a real cannabis leaf.

🍄 HOW IT'S MADE: there are many layers of prep I do before electroforming a handmade piece. Once ready, it sits in my electro-tank for 14–40 hours, depending on its size and copper needs. The copper collects molecule by molecule, creating strength and unique texture.

I rapidly oxidized the metal slightly, then coated it with a very thin layer of jewelry lacquer to help preserve the patina. This coating naturally wears off over time.
Copper never rusts—when it encounters moisture, it protects itself by creating a living patina. The oxidized layer is surface only; the metal can be polished if you prefer it brighter. I include a small polishing cloth sample with every order + simple care instructions—like taking off your jewelry before showering or swimming. Let the copper do its thing as it adapts with you on life’s adventures, creating a sacred bond between the two of you.
A soft green tint from copper is harmless and washes off with soap and water—it’s simply copper meeting moisture. It usually only happens with rings.
